Children's Work

Music, fun, stories, craft, games and much, much more….

We run THREE different age groups for 0-16 years old! Our aim is to provide children with a structured programme of activities that is appropriate for their age. For pre-school children (0-Reception) we include Bible stories, puppets, free play and craft. For primary school age (Years 1-6) we play games, have crafts, Bible stories and competitions. For our youth (Year 7+) we run an informal youth group where we chat about real life issues and how to deal with being a Christian and what that means to our lives.

All the children's and youth work provides an environment that is safe and secure and an atmosphere that is welcoming and stimulates spiritual development, as well as being great fun! (And sometimes MESSY!)

For our 0 - Reception ages we provide a safe, fun and educational environment where they learn about Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit through stories games and activities. Parents are welcome to stay in with younger children and this is also a safe place for new parents to bring young children to feed, sleep and be free. You are welcome to bring your own toys for children to play with but toys are provided along with any soft drinks your child may require. Click here to meet the Bubbles Leaders.

Xstream-logoXstream is our fun packed group for years 1-6 to bounce around and just be children! We aim to help with personal development and encourage friendships that are long lasting and meaningful. We aim to help equip children to be able to make informed choices about their own faith and how that effects school, friendships and life in general. All craft materials and games are provided so all you need to do is bring a smile and enough energy to keep up with the leaders! Click Here to meet the Xstream Leaders.

Are you in secondary school and looking for somewhere to meet other Christians your age? Or are you just looking to learn more about who God is and what He has ALREADY done for you? Well, Riverse is the place to come! Once a month young people gather together to chat, eat and have a laugh. This is all organised and led by Chris & Becca who are willing to chat to you about REAL LIFE issues! Is it right to go trick or treating? Can I still be a Christian if I have a boyfriend/girlfriend? My friends all watch 18+ films but I'm not sure if I should? We will explain what the Bible says, what the church thinks, what society thinks and ask what you think! We can't choose for you but we aim to equip you to be able to make those choices! We will explain the Bible to you in understandable ways and show you that YOU are Church too!
